Mexico 07 Day 2...
Well, were here. After a long trip including a bus ride to chicago, a flight to San Diego, another bus ride through Tijauna Mexico we arrived at our base camp at around 7 pm local time. The camp is beautiful, but a little rustic. The showers are cold water only and you cannot flush any paper down the toilets at all... but these are small things... The students and leaders are ready to GO and we are going to leave for our first day on the site in a few minutes. More later.

I'm tuning in, so I hope you really do have the opportunity to post more, though it wasn't expected. I'm praying for you guys especially with the heat!
Praise God that there is water for showering and for the safe transportation. Good to hear it was uneventful.
Jackets? Hmm, I wonder if she packed one.
